Wellness is more than one part of us.
I’m Courtney Graham.
I bring together health and wellness, psychology, early childhood education, and behavior to explore what helps people thrive—as individuals, families, professionals, and developing children.

There is always more to the story.
A child's behavior doesn't exist by itself.
Neither does an educator's burnout.
Or a parent's stress.
Or an individual's wellbeing.
Our physical health, emotions, relationships, environments, experiences, identities, development, and circumstances continually interact.
That's why my work begins with a different question:
What are we missing when we look at only one part of a person?
Whole-person support, wherever you are.

Wellbeing doesn't happen in isolation.
Children develop within relationships, families exist within communities, and professionals bring their own whole selves into the work they do. Instead of supporting one piece in isolation, my work asks how we can create healthier systems around the whole person. That is the thing that makes the collection of services make sense.
Hi, I'm Courtney.
Eventually, I realized I kept asking the same question in every setting: Why do we keep separating things that are constantly affecting one another? That curiosity became the foundation of the Whole Person Framework—and now informs the way I coach, teach, write, research, and create.

What could whole-person wellness look like in your organization?
I collaborate with early childhood programs, schools, ABA and early-intervention organizations, and other helping professions interested in supporting wellbeing beyond a single domain. Whether you're interested in: Staff wellness & professional development; Parent and caregiver support; Whole-person wellness education for children; or exploring all three... I'd love to learn about your organization and what your community needs. You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for yet.
